• Online matchmaking to ensure that you meet with the relevant trade exhibiting at the show

• Local transfers between airports, hotels and exhibition and events

• Dedicated service from the Meetings Africa team
• Exciting post event site inspection tours programme to various parts of South Africa. Subject to availability.

Please note the following:

• No spouses (and/or other family members) will be allowed on the programme
• If accommodation is offered, then accommodation covers room and breakfast only – Room service / extra items, additional services such as laundry, room service, room mini bar items and phone usage will be for your account and must be settled by you directly with the hotel. Participation in the Meetings Africa Hosted Buyer programme is subject to certain terms and conditions, which must be agreed to and accepted by the hosted buyer before any accommodation is issued.
