Merci encore à vous tous pour votre engagement. Quelques nouvelles sur l’avancée de l’organisation de cet événement.

Un pré-programme de la conférence pilotée par l’ANAP sur les soins critiques est maintenant stabilisé en intégrant nos différents échanges (document ci-joint). En pratique, nous cherchons un équilibre entre l’apport d’expériences européennes et la présentation de la position élaborée par les travaux du GT de soins critiques de l’ANAP (mais aussi de la discipline via les CNP et SFAR ou SRLF). Tout cela dans un temps contraint qui devrait maintenant dépasser les 3 heures initiales.

Invitation for 22nd ASEAN congress of anesthesiologists

We are now preparing for the 22nd ASEAN congress of anesthesiologists. It is a congress of ten different countries in the southeast of Asia held in different countries and this time is in Vietnam. The congress normally attracts thousands of participants. There was one time it exceeded 2500 participants. Therefore, the knowledge that will be shared will be useful for many people. We would like to ask you if you are interested in joining with us these days.

The date is fixed now at 18 – 19 Mars 2022. It will go virtually or hybrid depended on the evolution of COVID -19 pandemic and the immigration regulation at this time.

The theme of the congress is “ connect to share in anesthesia’. Because we feel that, with the pandemic, the less developed countries were left behind. We pay many of our resources to fight with COVID, but these other health problems always need to be cared and we need to perform better care. We hope that the congress will help us regain the knowledge that we may have missed for the last two years.

We are delighted to confirm you are on the delegate list for Dubai Association Conference 2022. To ensure a seamless experience at the conference, please take note of the following.

Event Timings
The conference will take place on Monday 21st February 2022. The conference programme will start at 9.30am sharp and you are requested to arrive well in advance. The conference programme will end at 5.30pm and will be followed by a Networking Reception until 7pm.

Location and entry
The conference will take place in Hall 2 A&B North in Dubai Exhibition Centre at the Expo 2020 Dubai site. Attached to this email is your personalised digital delegate badge which you are required to present as proof of registration to the Expo 2020 Dubai staff at the Expo 2020 Dubai security check just prior to the entrance of Dubai Exhibition Centre North.

You are also required to present your Covid-19 vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test (rapid antigen tests are not valid) taken no more than 72 hours prior to the conference.

COVID-19 Risk Management
We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure we are compliant with COVID-19 safety regulations. Please note that it’s mandatory to keep your face mask on all times, except when eating or drinking. More information about entry requirements and Covid-19 safety measures can be found here.

Access and Transportation
With the metro station exiting right next to Dubai Exhibition Centre, the Dubai Metro is a fast and convenient way to reach the conference. Take the Red Line from the city of Dubai to the Expo 2020 station.  

If you arrive by car, free parking is available at the Dubai Exhibition Centre Parking Zone. Shuttle busses are running from the car park to Dubai Exhibition Centre every 20 minutes. For more details on transportation options please click here.
