Please note the following:
- No spouses (and/or other family members) will be allowed on the programme
- If accommodation is offered, then accommodation covers room and breakfast only – Room service / extra items, additional services such as laundry, room service, room mini bar items and phone usage will be for your account and must be settled by you directly with the hotel. Participation in the Meetings Africa Hosted Buyer programme is subject to certain terms and conditions, which must be agreed to and accepted by the hosted buyer before any accommodation is issued.

Dear Prof. Piacevoli,
Thank you and your wife for your support of the CSA Annual Meeting! Yes, the opening ceremony will be on Thursday, September 26th, from 16:00 to 18:00. Your lecture will be in the Pharmacology session, chaired by Professor Liqun Yang. This session is scheduled for the morning of Sunday, September 29th. The exact timing of your lecture is yet to be confirmed; we will inform you as soon as it is finalized. Both the two topics that you provided are excellent. Please choose one yourself.
As indicated in the previous invitation letter, the CSA Annual Meeting does not cover airfare for international guests. However, in accordance with our previous agreement, we will arrange and cover economy-class tickets for you and your wife. Please provide your chosen flights at your earliest convenience so that we can purchase tickets early.
