IMEX Frankfurt 2022 Hosted Buyer Invitation

I am especially delighted to invite you to attend IMEX Frankfurt 2022 as a Hosted Buyer. With registrations slowing easing, it will be particularly exciting to see everyone face to face again!   As a hosted buyer you will of course benefit from complimentary return travel, hotel accommodation and transfers in return for committing to a specific number of appointments with exhibitors per day.  It is a very productive use of your time and means that all your potential conference destinations and suppliers are under one roof.

You may have previously had April dates in your diary for IMEX Frankfurt 2022 but these have now been changed and the show will take place from Tuesday 31st May to Thursday 2nd June with the Association Focus day on Monday 30th May.  We have left it an extra month so that there is the opportunity for more restrictions to be lifted and travel to be easier.  Association buyers are encouraged to arrive on Monday 30th May to take part in the Association focus education programme which starts at lunchtime and depending on whether you are from Europe or the Rest of the World you would be hosted as follows:

European Association buyers:

Attendance: Monday to Wednesday programme, arrive Monday in time for Association Focus (11:30am) and depart Wednesday after the show closes at 18:00  

Programme dates: Mon 30th May to Wed 1st June, 2 nights hosted

International Association buyers:

Attendance: Monday to Friday, arrive Monday in time for Association Focus (11:30am)  and depart Friday morning # 

# Please note that Thursday night is conditional on you returning to your home destination on Friday 

Programme dates: Mon 30th May to Fri 3rd June, 4 nights hosted
