We are delighted to confirm you are on the delegate list for Dubai Association Conference 2022. To ensure a seamless experience at the conference, please take note of the following.
Event Timings
The conference will take place on Monday 21st February 2022. The conference programme will start at 9.30am sharp and you are requested to arrive well in advance. The conference programme will end at 5.30pm and will be followed by a Networking Reception until 7pm.
Location and entry
The conference will take place in Hall 2 A&B North in Dubai Exhibition Centre at the Expo 2020 Dubai site. Attached to this email is your personalised digital delegate badge which you are required to present as proof of registration to the Expo 2020 Dubai staff at the Expo 2020 Dubai security check just prior to the entrance of Dubai Exhibition Centre North.
You are also required to present your Covid-19 vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test (rapid antigen tests are not valid) taken no more than 72 hours prior to the conference.
COVID-19 Risk Management
We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure we are compliant with COVID-19 safety regulations. Please note that it’s mandatory to keep your face mask on all times, except when eating or drinking. More information about entry requirements and Covid-19 safety measures can be found here.
Access and Transportation
With the metro station exiting right next to Dubai Exhibition Centre, the Dubai Metro is a fast and convenient way to reach the conference. Take the Red Line from the city of Dubai to the Expo 2020 station.
If you arrive by car, free parking is available at the Dubai Exhibition Centre Parking Zone. Shuttle busses are running from the car park to Dubai Exhibition Centre every 20 minutes. For more details on transportation options please click here.
Badge Collection
Once you arrive to Dubai Exhibition Centre North, please proceed to the Badge Pick-up counters to pick up your conference badge and lanyard. Kindly present the below barcode to obtain your physical badge. Please also bring valid ID (Emirates ID, International Drivers License, National ID or Passport) to confirm your identity.

We’ve organised a great line up of experts on some of the hottest association topics, but as we all know, the biggest challenge at any event is to unlock the collective knowledge, experience and ideas of every participant! So to get the most out of our time together, please remember these simple recommendations:
• Set some concrete personal objectives for the day - write them down & keep them with you.
• Think of one big, tough, urgent challenge or problem your association is struggling with, and search out the sessions and/or experts who can help you find solutions!
• Think how you can easily share the key lessons from one big recent success that your association has experienced, and attend the session where you think this knowledge will be most valuable.
• Come with an open mind, willing to share failures as well as successes, prepared to proactively reach out to people you don’t already know, ready to embrace new perspectives and ideas.
